At Dalton Housing CIC, our mission is to deliver high-quality supported accommodation that provides people with a stable base to rebuild independence and move forward. We collaborate closely with local authorities and support agencies to coordinate the right level of assistance around each placement, using a structured referral process, clear move-in planning, and ongoing tenancy management.
We focus on safe environments, property standards, and tenancy sustainment, with clear communication routes and escalation where concerns arise—helping residents maintain their home, engage with support, and reduce the risk of homelessness or repeated placement breakdown. At Dalton Housing CIC, our mission is to provide high-quality supported accommodation that promotes stability and independence. We collaborate closely with local authorities and support agencies to ensure that individuals receive the necessary assistance to thrive.
Dalton operates homes currently in Kingston upon Hull, North East Lincolnshire, West Lindsey, Stoke on Trent, Stockton on Tees, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough. Referrals can be made for our housing through our referrals page by downloading the form and sending to our referrals email.
