Dalton Housing CIC accepts referrals from local authorities, commissioned services, probation, mental health teams, charities, and other support agencies. We provide supported accommodation with a focus on stable placements, clear housing management, and tenancy sustainment.

Response times: We aim to acknowledge enquiries within 1 working day and provide an initial decision within 2–3 working days, subject to information provided and availability.

All referrals are considered case-by-case to protect residents, neighbours, and staff. Placements are subject to suitability, risk profile, and availability.
We aim to maintain clear communication with referrers and stakeholders, including updates where appropriate and consented. For urgent matters or escalation, referrers can contact the main line or the lead contact listed above.
